Name the New School of Thought concerning science and the bible.

Think of a name the New School of Thought On the relationship
between Science and the Bible. We need a name for that new school
of thought. This is the school of thought that eliminates the need
to compromise between science and the bible. This is the school of
thought that the bible has it right in spite of traditional human
interpretation that makes it look wrong.

Traditionally, the study of science and the bible has followed
three schools of thought:
Young Earth Creationism,
Old Earth Creationism, and
Theistic Evolutionism.

Each of these traditional schools of thought has problems that lead
to the loss of faith of our Christian young people when they go to
college and are confronted with science that reveals the
incompatibilities between their religion and reality. They find what
they have been taught is plagued with compromise.

The Young Earth Creationists require science to compromise. They
have to put a twisted spin on science. Old Earth Creationists have
to compromise the traditional interpretation of the bible. They
simply put a new spin on the traditional interpretation. Theistic
Evolutionists simply compromise just to get along.

A completely new fourth school of thought has developed. This fourth
school of thought requires no compromise. It recognizes that,
mentioned in the bible are many fact that are in the realm of
science, such as origin events and physical conditions present
during the origin events. Each of these mentions are completely in
agreement with the independent discoveries of modern science. Many
such mentions have historically not been recognized in the bible
simply because the underlying principle had not yet been discovered
by modern science. As a result, the traditional misinterpretation
has been limited to a preconceived notion of what the bible should
say based, not on the ancient Hebrew beliefs, not on modern science,
but, rather upon the much later beliefs influenced by the antique
science of the ancient Greek era. The proper interpretation of the
information in the bible concerning the origins should be based on
the combination of all the (approximately three dozen) creation
accounts of the bible, not just the one up front in the book of
Genesis.

That school of thought has not yet been named.

Consider:
That name has to be something that will stick.
It cannot be self-flattering.
If it is self-flattering, it will be an objectof ridicule.
If it is a name that seems to ridicule, it might stick.

An example is the name that finally stuck to the theory that the
universe actually had a beginning. Originally, God called it the
Big Blowout, or Blast. Advocates had complementary names to call
it, but what really stuck was a term of derision coined by the
opposition to ridicule the people who believed that theory. The
opposition called it the "Big Bang."

A little about the new school of thought: None of the old prevailing
schools of thought has considered what the bible really says when it
mentions anything in the realm of science. Traditional
interpretation has dominated the thought process. They all seem to
require anyone who actually believes the bible to believe the bible
in spite of science.

The new school of thought now makes a way for people to actually
believe the bible because of science.

There are many examples of the bible mentioning details in the realm of science that are verified by modern science, but unknown at the time the mention was recorded in the bible. In fact, some of them were so unknown that bible translators did not know how to translate what was mentioned.
All this is in accord with that new fourth school of thought that says you can believe the bible because of science rather than in spite of science.
The 104th Psalm is a praise of God, mentioning over fifty items of natural science and praising God’s greatness in creating it all.
Each of these items mentioned have been confirmed by modern science
In one verse, a literal translation of Psalms 104 says that the mountains rose and the valleys lowered to a level of equilibrium, and they continue to do that. The traditional translations of that verse into English put a spin on it. That spin implied that it was the water, not the dirt and rocks that went up and down. That is because all scientists and theologians of the time knew that mountains and valleys don’t move. To make the scriptures appear to agree with reality, they had to put a spin on it.
However, since about 1900, theologians have been able to correctly translate that verse—with a clear conscience.
Why?
1900 is when, modern science made the discovery that the continents are virtually floating in the soft, more dense, rock layer below; that mountains do go up, and valleys do sink to a point of equilibrium.
Yet the bible published that fact over two-thousand, nine-hundred years before modern science made that discovery.
There are many other examples. Many places in the bible refer to that layer of our planet that holds up the continents.
Modern science refers to it as the mantle layer.
The bible refers to it as the foundations of the earth (meaning the foundation of the continents), and describes it as the molten support for the earth (continents.)
All this is verified by recent discoveries of modern science.
Many, Many more Scientific facts and events of the origins are mentioned in the bible in great detail. There is sufficient detail that it can be claimed that the bible supernaturally recorded reality concerning the origins thousands of years before modern science confirmed that same reality by independent discovery.
There is new hope for the faith of the Christian students entering college.
